Had my car serviced for a recall and a repair. Had to leave it overnight and after picking it up, it had scratches that were not there when I brought the car in. I was told i would hear back in 1-2 days leave it overnight and after picking it up, it had scratches that were not there when I brought the car in. I was told i would hear back in 1-2 days and 10 days later, I have yet to hear back from the serice dept. Disappointed. More
