Communication communicate which this service department does not have. Car was supposed to be in one day as I was told it took one week to fix. After it was all said and done I was told two to three days. does not have. Car was supposed to be in one day as I was told it took one week to fix. After it was all said and done I was told two to three days. They hopped around from car to car instead of fixing one xx a time. I was told the car had been washed and cleaned up it was not. I enjoyed working neither Bob Gigl if it wasn’t for him helping me. I would not have had any communication thank you Bob for all your help. He is an asset to Heiser. More

I did not receive the first responders/Essential Workers discount.I didn't like the way my car looked after tires were changed, or the way the tires were just thrown in the truck of my car.
