I recently purchased a 2001 Acura MDX from Hendrick Honda. After only having my Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) for four (4) days, I noticed minor problems. Admittedly, I initially thought I was going to become entangled in verbal persuasion by the Salesmen, however, I was proven wrong. Not only were my list of specificities met, I DID NOT painstakingly spend HOURS of negotiating a price of comfort. I highly recommend this dealership as I'm an extremely picky woman! Normally when a person buy a car the salesman forget your name when you leave not Moises, Myself and my wife came back a week later and we got the same warm greeting from everyone involved with making our purchase a very smooth and PLEASANT experience this gentleman Mr. Urcuyo showed class, knowledge and a grrrreeeeaaaatttt!!! sense of humor. He endured my endless questions, test rides of numerous models, and provided honest feedback one father to another. He was patient and kind as the night wore on and my kids became restless during the negotiation and final paperwork phases. Mr. Murillo also went out of his way to coordinate for parts and servicing for some accessories I had ordered during the purchase. I was so impressed with him that not long afterwards, I bought my wife a new Odyssey from Guillermo. And every time I bring one of our vehicles in for a service, Guillermo is there with a friendly smile and greeting by name. That's impressive considering the number of people he probably meets in one month, let alone over a year's time.
