The process was very efficient and the staff very friendly. I was only concerned about it being presented that "I will try to get you a lifetime warranty" when I later learned that all Hondas at Hen friendly. I was happy that my salesman mentioned the possibility of my keeping my vehicle, but I dismissed the notion because I was not sure of approval carrying more than one auto loan. When the proposed numbers came back too high and I asked if it was possible to do the deal without using my upside down trade, he said it was approved with the trade only. Fortunately, I was able to speak directly with Abbe and she got approval without the upside down trade. Otherwise, everything seemed upfront and clear. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and I love my new car. More

I was on my way to a dealership next door, but could not find a parking space. I parked at the Hendrick Honda Dealership instead. He stated that he saw me looking at the car on display and wondered what I was looking for and what did I want to spend. I expressed what I was interest in and knew Honda's as great cars and he showed me the Honda Crosstour. He showed me all of the features and we took a test drive. It was a great car for me and I decided to purchase. Once all of the paperwork was completed, Kevin introduced me to Mark Kueny, Finance Manager. Mark was very pleasant and throughly explained all of the paperwork to me and gave me my options. I had a very bad experience with this dealership when I went to buy a new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. We had agreed upon a price via e-mails before I went to buy a car from them. but these guys went to buy a new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation.
