Brian Bishop and his team fell nothing short of being attentive, accommodating, friendly and courteous, let alone working hard to ensure that I walked away with the best purchase price/deal possible! In addition, this entire transaction transpired from my home because I was ordered on bed rest by my doctor -- who would have expected to purchase a new car from the comfort of your own bed?! Although I did have to come in to the dealership a couple times after my purchase, Hendrick Honda has exceeded my expectations overall. These guys really worked hard to find the car I wanted. I was trying to get into a Honda Fit base model, which they weren't receiving anytime soon. I was skeptical and searched around myself, finding a couple but at solidly higher price points and with similar concern about how long the cars would be in stock. In other words, although I initially thought there was something a little weird going on it turned out they really had turned over pretty much every stone. In any event, they were kind enough that even when I thought I had a much better offer from another dealer I threw it back to them and they went into overdrive and really knocked me out with the price - which, of course, is what we all care about in this entire endeavor. No amount of hugs and kisses from the dealer can make up for that. It isn't like a day at the spa buying a car there by any means but I left feeling taken care of by everybody involved. Good to great experience after some initial frustration and I'd recommend them for sure. More
