The experience I had at this dealership was amazing! My wife and I arrive on a Monday night right before closing time, so honestly I wasn't expecting much. I met up with a sales associate named Gibby and wife and I arrive on a Monday night right before closing time, so honestly I wasn't expecting much. I met up with a sales associate named Gibby and instead of just trying to get through the day and get home he still gave us the full intention that a customer deserves. We went through a few cars we might be interested ni and he immidiatly went and let us test drive them, without any hesitation. This was not only suprising but the fact that he was still very pleasant and fun to work with was even more pleasing. The next day we went in and was hoping to work with him again, but unfortunately he was not there but we were setup with guy named Charles B "Charlie" and he was just as nice and attentative as"Gibby". Charlie worked every inch and corner to try to get us what we were looking for, and he had his work cut out for him because of the negative equity we currently had on our trade in. In the past a few dealerships even told us staight out the their wasnt goning to be anything they could do for us, but not this time. The best part about it is the whole time it never seemed rushed and made us feel like every question was a lagitimate question and it was answered. I thought Charlie was eventually going to give up but he kept trying and eventually I he got us a great deal on a brand new SIERRA, the car we wanted and the car we purchased). Even after we dealt with Charlie and completed the sales through the finance Dept the lady we met and completed our paperwork was just as nice as the other two. She made us feel like we were her own children buying a new car making sure she explained everything to us to the fullest, a nice end to long but very pleasentful experience. This place defenitely has the "Family Owned" business type of atmosphere. I know now if I ever buy another vehicle this will be the first place I come too. And last but not least the next day I went back to pick up a couple things (Floor mats and Owners Manual) as I was heading out I heard someone whistling I turned around and it was "Gibby" making sure he thanked us for making our purchase with them and hoped us a wonderful day.
