I was told the Service Department was going to fix the noise and would be ready by the time I came to do the paper work and pick the 2015 Yukon XL Denali. When I arrived at Henry Brown GMC, the Sales Jerry took me over to the Denali for my inspection and during the inspection the noise was still in the running board, Jerry to me the Service Manager told him to tell me to drive it for a few days and see if the noise went away, I said what the Denali already had been driven 1500 miles at the Supper Bowl and Jerry said know but that is what he was told by the Service Manager to tell me, and if it did not go away schedule a appointment to get it fixed, you tell me what you would think if you just bought/leased a vehicle for $78,000.00 and and it made a terrible noise every time you open and closed the door? You ought to see the look on people's faces when I pull and park and open the door and close it, what impression do you think they have of a new GMC Yukom XL Denali. Now comes that really upsets me, I called and made an appointment with Service Deparment at Henry Brown GMC and that was for 2 days later, I arrived at the Service Center at 7:30 a.m. And was to,d it would take only a couple hours and go to waiting area at 10:15 a.m. The came and got me and told me they could not fix the problem and would need to order parts from the factory and come back the following Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. And they would fix the running board, and sent me on my way at 10:30 a.m. , so after spending 3 hours in the waiting room I drive away without the problem being fixed and need to come back again, which is a 40 min. Drive each way to the dealership. I do not think this is Jerry Pryor's (the Salesman I worked with) fault at all, it is the Sevice Deparment/ Managers More

I have purchased thee vehicles from Henry Brown (Sun Pontiac) in the past including the 2015 Terrain. The sales team has always been very helpful, thery were patience, considerate and knowledgeable about the vehicles options/performance specification. That December morning was no different with Chris Jurden, he was very professional during our buying experience. Chris was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and listened to our needs, buget restrictions and match the 2015 Terrain to us. The one thing that Chris done was ask for our COSTCO card and filled out the required paper work to receive a rebate, thank you Chris that money will be put to a good use. Chris made sure we had all the factory incentives and discounts that were available during the workup of the contract. We were able to chat about our families and found out about his Scottish connection as my wife is Scottish a neat conversiation. As I told Chris, I buy a car about every 20 years (I believe in getting my money worth) and I would be back to purshase my next vehicle from him. If Chris has left HB and not available at the time when I decided to buy the next vehicle. I will purchase it from HB under another sales team member. I will NEVER go to them for service related items again I cannot speak to their sales and service with regards to buying a vehicle from them, however, as far as having my vehicle being serviced for maintena I cannot speak to their sales and service with regards to buying a vehicle from them, however, as far as having my vehicle being serviced for maintenance items... I will NEVER go to them again. I have had two horrific experiences with them with regards to my tires....and the first word which comes to mind is incompetence as far as their technicians. Basic, common sense items I asked about or had serviced and they failed miserably on all counts both times. I don't normally write a negative review about a company and I could certainly write numerous paragraphs about the terrible service I had done with my vehicle...I will just say, if you "trust" them to provide competent and reliable service to your vehicle and your think you are safe driving you vehicle after it is "serviced"....you are sorely mistaken. Have it done at your own risk....I was fortunate enough, with my common sense, to not have a major incident with my vehicle on the road after they "serviced" it....however, you may not be as fortunate. You have been warned. More

I have brought both GMC Acadia and Cadillac XLR into Henry Brown several times with success. Heidi Berns has been the service representative on all occasions. She is very professional, helpful and friendly as well as seeing to our requests for our vehicles. The last visit I brought in the Cadillac XLR with the convertible top not lifting to close. They fixed a leak in the hydraulic hose for slightly less than $1000 but spilled hydraulic fluid onto the interior upholstery and the carpet in the trunk of the car. The fluid smell is horrible. I returned the vehicle to be cleaned of the fluid but that was not done. The fluid is still visible on the upholstery of the passenger seat, the trunk of the car, and the leather and very obviously smells throughout the entire car. I spoke with the maintenance supervisor who told me there was nothing else they could do. Someone went out to the car and put cologne on the car thinking this would help…. it did not but instead made it worse. I have taken the car for detailing at $140 something HBrown should have done. I am very disappointed in this experience with Henry Brown and will not recommend their service department. More

I had an appointment to meet with DeWight Byron for a possible purchase of a GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab pickup. DeWight was great from the very beginning. First he helped conduct an extensive vehicle searc possible purchase of a GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab pickup. DeWight was great from the very beginning. First he helped conduct an extensive vehicle search to see if a vehicle meeting my requirements could be found either at the Henry Brown Dealership or in the Phoenix metro area. When that search failed to find a pickup meeting my requirements, DeWight expanded the search to the western US. He found a vehicle that almost met our requirements in Colorado Springs but ultimately we decided to order a vehicle. DeWight walked us through this process by explaining every possible contingency. While our pickup was on order we would get updates from DeWight letting us know that we were still on schedule for our estimated time of delivery. I should let you know that prior to going to Henry Brown GMC we visited another GMC dealership. The level of service, professionalism and integrity displayed by DeWight far exceeds what we experienced at that other dealership. More
