SLOW service and NO COMMUNICATION! I dropped my X3M for a scheduled oil change at 10:30 am. Never heard a word back. Tried calling the service department every half hour until 5:30. No one answered, or returned my call when I left a message. Finally called main number and asked for general manager and was transferred several times until I got the service department, who told me extensive work was being done on my car, including a recall. WHAT?!?! “Oh”, they said, “wrong car. Yours should be done soon” SOON?!?!?! I dropped it off at 10:30 am for a scheduled oil change More

I love my X5 but hate to write this review. Somebody called me few days ago saying that your vehicle service is long due and rear brake pad needs to change. I gave my X5 for service in last Oc Somebody called me few days ago saying that your vehicle service is long due and rear brake pad needs to change. I gave my X5 for service in last October, as per the invoice, these were done and I paid $7000.29. The next day morning of my car service I noticed the the car status saying service due and brake pad needs to change. They charged me without doing the service. The invoice also had note: IF FOR ANY REASON YOU FEEL THE SERVICE VISIT WAS ANYTHING LESS THAN "TRULY EXCEPTIONAL" PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY, MICHEAL ALBERTIAN SERVICE DIRECTOR AT (508)458-1745 OR EMAIL AT MALBARTIAN@HERBCHAMBERS.COM. I texted/emailed/called him as well as the service advisor (I don't know the name) and no action. These are mere words to fool the people. This was my turn, coming soon for others. If my problem was solved, you wouldn't have seen this review. More
