We're very sorry for the issues you encountered following your oil change and understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the resulting damage and the lengthy resolution process. We appreciate your kind words about George and his efforts to assist you. Unfortunately it was the third party company that was taking their time with getting this completed but I will still take full responsibility. When you had reached out to Herb Chambers Corporate office your driveway was had already been appraised and we were awaiting the dates that they would be going out to complete the job.
