Nice quick and fast Oil Change I have been going to the Toyota Dealership in Brighton since its more convenient and close to me even though I bought my car in Lynn. The service peo I have been going to the Toyota Dealership in Brighton since its more convenient and close to me even though I bought my car in Lynn. The service people are always very nice and very attentive with me every time I go and they keep me up to date with the service. I can't remember the last lady I dealt with, I believe her name is something like Shamika (could be wrong sorry) but she was nice and helpful with us. I love that there is snacks and drinks especially early in the morning so if I get hungry I can have a bite while I am waiting. More

At that point I had already paid for reserving this car at another dealer but it was supposed to arrive in January. I had such a great time with the salesperson at Herb Chambers that I decide to take my business to them. They simply just offered me exactly what I wanted (I had a trade in also-Thanks Doug Courchesne and Kenny Leung!) It was one of the best decisions I have ever done. In the Service Department I worked with Gary Francois, Shawn and Michael - they all exceeded my expectations...and I usually expect a lot.
