When I called to discuss my problem the female employee with whom I spoke was pleasant and personable. The appointment was made for exactly when I wanted to come in, and she offered me a ride home if I nee with whom I spoke was pleasant and personable. My husband has been using HC for service for awhile now with very good feedback, so...I decided that I would bring my car in - with the coupons I received online - and get my tires rotated and an oil chang with very good feedback, so...I decided that I would bring my car in - with the coupons I received online - and get my tires rotated and an oil change. As it turned out, I also needed a front brake job. Suffice to say, everything was completed by the end of the day and the final "icing on the cake" was the detailing on my car...it looks brand new...great job! But what will bring me back to the dealership is Jay. He was wonderful to deal with - very professional, responsive and pleasant. After all - it's all about service isn't it! Sandy More

I needed an oil change badly & called @ the last minute on Thursday. The women on the phone was great & she gave me a 10:30am Appt for Sat. I explained that I have a Saturn & I didnt want to go to Norwood on Thursday. The women on the phone was great & she gave me a 10:30am Appt for Sat. When I showed up the Service Guy was so nice & friendly. Didnt hurt that he was a cutie either ;-) I had never been @ this dealership before so I wasnt sure how things were run. He walked me throught the whole thing. I waited no problem in the waiting area for my car & my car was done in no time. I love the fact that after paying for 3 or 4 oil changes I will get one free. I will definitely be back for service!!! More
