On 4th of July weekend I stopped at Heritage to test drive. Blair was so great. He went through every little detail, explained everything....sometimes more than once, and by the time we were done I was comfortable with making a decision. It was a hot day and his patience was appreciated. I needed someone to take the time and he did. In the aftermath I actually had more questions and he was right there to answer them and help. I'm pretty confident that even now a couple months later I could message Blair and he's right there. That's service, and it's personal. The car was up for a couple of recalls, so I contacted Heritage and scheduled an appoint (on the wrong day, according to my wife). My wife then called and rescheduled. I brought the car in to be there ALL DAY and Heritage made $0 dollars from me for a series of lengthy replacements and repairs. They even went over the vehicle in an inspection process and found NOTHING of concern. Well they could not have been more courteous and professional had I been there to purchase a Ford F-250 Quad Cab. I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. Great job ... and thank you! More
