Apart from that, after they rotated the tires, my truck is vibrating when I drive at 70 m/h, now I don't know how to make the appointment More

Waited almost 2 hours for oil change and change sensor on one tire. Went to inquire about the wait and shortly after that, my car was complete. I thought Dealerships wash customers vehicles after they are serviced. More

I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. All of my past appointments have been great but also free as part of my three year courtesy maintenance plan. The service went quicker than normal and I have pay which was no problem. I signed the paperwork and left the dealership as I was driving, I noticed the air levels in my tires had not changed. My front driver’s side tire had been at 30psi and the other three tires were at 35. I had been meaning to put air in the low tire but didn’t because I knew I had a scheduled service. The same tire which was in the same position and had not been rotated nor aired up. I turned around and went back to the dealership and they fixed the issue. It should not have taken two trips to the dealership to get this done! More
