He explained every part of the car and the options. He took his time on the busiest car buying day of the week. When I was ready to buy, Frank was on vacation, so I explained my situation to the Sales Manager and he was fabulous! I told him exactly what I wanted and it was there waiting for me when I arrived that evening. I then worked with May Farris, who again was very gracious even though we were really Frank's customers.
