I had a terrific experience at Heritage, specifically working with Mike, Mary and Jason. I had a few issues that I needed help with; working with negative debt on a trade in, getting things figured out quickly and in a price that works for a family about to have twins. I couldn't have asked for more responsiveness and friendliness.

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
I went to Heritage Toyota to have my 2008 Tacoma serviced. (purchased at Heritage in 2010) I was not looking to buy a vehicle. After walking the used lot for awhile I noticed a 2008 Toyota Highlander priced way below book. I'd been thinking of trading in my wife's 2006 Mercury Mariner for quite some time. So, I grabbed Caitlin and explained what I wanted to do. After a test drive, Caitlin and I sat down to get everything ready for my return with the Mariner the next day. Mind you, I live 2 HOURS away in upstate NY! I went past two other Toyota dealerships just to deal with Heritage again. Caitlin arrived at work TWO hours early because it was convenient for me. Everything was ready and I was out the door with a full tank of gas and a Mother's Day present of a Highlander for my wife in only 90 minutes. I travel two hours and past two other Toyota dealerships because Heritage Toyota provides the best automobiles at the best price and have an outstanding service department. I will continue to refer friends to Heritage Toyota AND to Caitlin Junger!!!

My negotiations over price with Mike James was quick and pleasant. I knew what I was willing to pay and we reached a deal within 5 minutes or less. I got a better price from Heritage than my local dealer even though I had purchased three other Toyotas in the last three years from my local dealer.
I recommend Mike James and Heritage for your next Toyota.

After the experience I had today at Heritage Toyota, with Mike James one word comes to mind, excellence. The customer service that we recived was outstanding. Not only did he listen to our needs he also went above and beyond to accopmlish what we desired today! He was friendly, and worked his hardest to get the car we bought down to a price that was affordable to us. I would not only recommend Heritage Toyota to those looking to buy a new or used car, I would also recommend that you ask to work personally with Mike James. Having looked at OTHER dealerships for a new SUV I often felt pressured into buying a vehicle that was not suitable for our family. Mike was honest and dedicated to finding a vehicle that met our family's needs. While working with him, both my husband and I felt as though we were buying a car from a friend. We laughed and talked about family and children, what a pleasure! Although buying a car can be a very stressful experience, I will always remember my experience as being one of a kind. I want to thank Mike James personally. Everyone at herritage toyota was very friendly as well. There was not one employee that did not give us a feeling of being welcome.

The service at Heritage Toyota was great! I met with Mike James looking for a fuel efficient car, at the time I was driving a truck and my credit wasn't the greatest. Mike found me a 2009 Toyota corolla with low miles. Mike and the team at Heritage bent over backwards for me to get this car. I strongly recommend Mike and heritage Toyota for any of their services.

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
I wanted to buy a new 2012 Toyota Tacoma four wheel drive Double Cab and went to Heritage Toyota Scion to do so. I was promptly introduced to Mike Dykstra who was very friendly, very courteous and very professional as per the details of the transaction. I informed Mike that I was unsure of what package of options that I wanted as per the new vehicle. Mike was very patient with me and after my telling him how I intended to use the new Tacoma he promptly helped me choose the SR5 package.
I am extremely pleased with my new Tacoma and I am impressed with the professionalism and dedication displayed by Mike Dykstra. I will highly recommend Heritage Toyota Scion to all of my friends and aquaintances because I feel that I got a very fair deal as per my trade in and also a very good deal on my financing package. For all of the above reasons I rate Heritage Toyota Scion as an EXCELLENT Dealership and also rate Mike Dykstra as an Excellent Employee.

This experience was great, Conor was friendly and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle we were looking for. When we arrived we were greeted immediately, the entire process was explained to us and a very accurate delivery time was given. After we purchased the vehicle, Conor took the time to go over some features, programmed our cell phones to work over the Bluetooth, etc.
I would recommend Toyota Heritage team to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thank you

I stopped by Heritage Toyota to see what my options were because my lease was ending in October. Mike went over the zero percent financing promotion, checked to see what Ravs were available for a test drive, went over all the paperwork and I left with my new Rav within a couple of hours. This was the BEST experince pruchasing a vehicle ever. It was AWESOME!!! Mike is a GREAT Salesman and I will definetely send people I know to Mike. Thank you Mike and Heritage Toyota!
