They listened to our needs, which at that time of day was our need to feed and take care of our two young boys. They offered to get us dinner and even got us an ice pack when my youngest son tripped and hurt himself! We drove away happy and continue to be happy with our vehicles (RAV4 and Corolla) and highly recommend Heritage for anyone in the market for a new car! More

Excellent Experience We were apprehensive having dealt with another dealership for our last 3 cars. We met Angus out on the sidewalk and his friendly hello was welcoming. We waited a week, quite busy with holiday schedules, received a call from him and it was obvious he wanted our business. We returned and bought our 1st Toyota and so far it is great. We are seniors and are a little overwhelmed by all the technology, even though Jeremy (tech person ) was very patient and re-assured us to take our time to get familiar and we were told to come back anytime for more education. So far so good !!! We are leaving for the south and look forward to travelling down the highway in our new RAV 4. Good work Angus !!! Thanks More

Recall service work Todays service was great and everything went well but I should not of had to go back for service that had been set to be done weeks ago. I made an appointment to leave my truck for a day for a recall on the exhaust. pipe. Eight hours later I got a call that they wanted me to leave the truck over night so they would have time to do the work. I needed the truck the next day so said do what you can and I will be back (30 miles away) at 7p.m. to pick it up. When I got there I was told to make a new appointment to come back and get the part replaced. We bought the truck second hand so it probably did not come from Heritage but I expected better service on a company recall. More
