This review is for Hiley Mazda.

I would like to say that this purchasing experience is the most pleasnt that I have ever experienced. This was due to Lauren Colleoni. I found her to be very personable and engageing. She treated me like a friend and not a sales prospect which made a big differnce. She went out of her way to please me and exhited a good deal of patience. She has a lot on the ball and the world could use a lot more of good people and employees like her. I was also impressed by the management and the finance person.
Hat's off to Hiley Mazda!

Very friendly, low pressure environment during the car shopping experience. Sales rep was very knowledgeable about his products, and was able to help us determine the best vehicle for our needs. We had also used the service department in the past and were very satisfied with quality and timeliness of the repair work. Hiley Mazda is a well-run dealership with a "no-nonsense", professional approach for both sales and service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda product.

Mark gave us such a great deal on two new cars that it felt like we were stealing the cars. This is our first Mazda3 but our fifth Tribue. Chantel in service has always been great. My Review of Hiley Mazda of Arlington:
I went to this dealership after a horrible experience with El Dorado Mazda in McKinney. I knew exactly which car I wanted, and we settled on a great price over the phone. I came in the next day, test drove the car, and decided to buy it. The sales manager honored our agreed price and I signed all of the paperwork without any hassle. There was a mix up on the wheels but the general manager handled it and everything was taken care of. I will definitely go back here next time I am shopping for a Mazda.

I recently purchase a 2010 Mazda 3- I previously owned a 2006 Mazda 3 that I had serviced at Hiley- because of the great service I received I decided to purchase my new car from Hiley and the sales department is as exceptional as the service department. Rarely do you find all departments in a new car dealer well versed in customer satisfaction. I was happily surprised to see that the sales process was as smooth and convenient as the service processes I've experienced in the past. Hiley Mazda and the sales/service team have earned a customer for life! I will definitely send my friends and family.

My Review of Hiley Mazda of Arlington:
I just bought a used Mazda 3 from Hiley Mazda in Arlington two days ago. While I love the car, they refused to recondition any part of the vehicle. I bought it because of the low internet price, but it is missing an air vent and the trim around the stereo display, and the wheels needed to be balanced. Oh, and the inspection was expired. They still had the sticker price pretty high, but luckily I had seen in online first, priced about $2500 lower. It was well worth the missing vent and trim. But when I went to get the wheels balanced, it turned out that two of the rims were bent, which of course they refused to replace, and they run $600 a piece through Mazda. If you do your research, you can get a good deal here, but check the entire car before buying, and make sure to look at their website before going there!!!

Bought my RX-8 here and have had in for service several times. Everytime they have loaner car ready in minutes and typically car back within a day. Awesome service department!
