Before dropping off vehicle, I marked the oil filter at 12 o'clock position so I can see it when I open the hood and look at it. Oil filter was noticeably dirty/dusty when I marked it. When Christian takes me out to my vehicle, I opened the hood and noticed that the filter was wiped clean, but my mark was there. I checked the dipstick, verified the oil was changed, but oil level was low (at the add mark). I let Christian know how I felt about this and he apologized and he took me to speak to his manager. I do not remember service manager Travis Kessler even apologizing about the situation, it seemed to me that it was not a big deal to him. He told me give us a couple of minutes and we are going to change your filter. It is a big deal when you do not change the filter, document, and charge as if you did. He later changed the story (cover up), after I told him I was going to make a complaint, by telling me the mechanic made a mistake and was not done. Reason why oil filter was not changed the first time. I know better, I am a MX technician, once you drain old oil, install drain plug, and re-fill with fresh oil (change or not oil filter), you are done with oil change service. This is unacceptable, no integrity! That was the last time I take my vehicle to Hill Country Honda. More

Came in for a camshaft position sensor replacement due to P0341 check engine light no other light was on. Picked up my vehicle now a new issue abs light on. Make sure you buy a hidden camera to ensure the technicians are repairing your vehicle efficiently. This issue will be investigated and a resolution will be provided. More
