My Review of Honda Carland North:
I went to see Joe after he encouraged me to come give them another shot at looking at my trade-in. He knew it was my second visit in 6 months and made sure to make the most out of it for me. I was very impressed how much more they were willing to work with me and that they lived up to the promise that they could do better than my last visit. I went with very low expectations that anything would happen and came back with a brand new van for my wife and three kids. My family very much needed a van after my wife gave birth to twins 4 months ago and this purchase meant a lot to us. I appreciate Joe and Ron making me feel like they were there to help and not take me for all they could.

My Review of Honda Carland North:
I had been searching the internet for a very specific car when I came across Honda Carland North's listing on Autotrader. I was excited. This was the car I had been looking for. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Joe Flanigan. Our conversation and the dealership's willing to work with me sealed the deal. Since I lived 600 miles from Georgia I could not get there to see the car for a week. They graciously held the car for me. When I arrived, I found the car to be everything they had said and more. I have already recommended this dealership to a close friend, and told him it was well worth the drive. Thanks Joe and Honda Carland North, Cartersville, Georgia.

I contacted Joe Flanagan about a used 2010 Camaro. He was very helpful in discribing the car. He was able to complete all the paperword prior to my arrival from Kentucky. The car was everything he had discribed. The car was clear, fueled and ready to go when I arrived. They even opened up 2 hours early to accomadate me.

My Review of Honda Carland North:
Alan was recommended to us by two different people, each who had purchased cars from Honda Carland North. From the moment that we arrived, everyone was extremely friendly and made us feel very much at ease. Alan himself was very knowledgable about the car, and honest in answering all of our questions. I was sure of the car that I wanted, but wanted to talk it over with my fiancee one last time before anything was official. There was absolutely no pressure to act immediately, and I was even able to drive the car home overnight to make sure that it was the one for me. I have already recommended Honda Carland North (and Alan) to one of my friends that will be purchasing a Honda in the Spring, and will continue to do so in the future.

My Review of Honda Carland North:
This was my first experience with internet shopping for an automobile and I was completely satisfied. After narrowing my list down to two automobiles, Toyota RAV-4 and Honda CRV, I sent internet inquiries to several dealers in Northwest Georgia and Tennessee. Joe Flanigan (Internet Joe) at Honda Carland North was by far the most eager to please and answer my questions. He gave me the best price and went to all lengths to find the right color and equipment that my wife and I wanted. I would definitely recommend Honda Carland North to anyone in search of a vehicle. Their general manager, Kyle Campbell, was very helpful and offered his assistance if ever needed. Joe went over all the car's features in detail and also called the first day we had the car to see if we had any questions about its operation.

My Review of Honda Carland North:
I went to the dealership to replace my 2006 Honda that was totalled in the flood in Cobb County. My salesman, Alan Armbruster, was Absolutely Wonderful! When I first went to the dealership I wasn't sure what model I really wanted. Alan listened to what I needed in a vehicle and was Very Helpful and Informative. He was extremely friendly and I never felt pressured to "buy now".

I ultimately decided to buy an Accord. I have owned two Hondas previously and Knew that I wanted another Honda! Honda Carland North was very accomidating to ensure my satisfaction by locating the perfect car for me. Chip Boyd (Sales Manager/Finance) worked to get me a great deal on my new car!

My overall experience was Super and I would recommend Honda Carland North for their professionalism and friendliness! I fully intend to go back when I make my next vehicle purchase!

I Love my new Accord! Thankyou Alan! Thankyou Chip!

My Review of Honda Carland North:
I have be repeatedly ripped off by this dealership and I will never go back to them. I would rather pay more and have honest people work on my car than pay these dishonest people. My most recent encounter: I purchased 2 tires from honda in 2008, I requested Toyo and also asked for an alignment. When I went to pick my car up they told me they were unable to align my car (a whole different story) but they charged me for it anyways. I was told that next time I got new tires, they would align it for free. This morning I realized that my front 2 tires are both splitting and I began trying to figure out if these were the Honda tires, so I called Honda. They knew nothing except I had new tires put on in 2008. I had to repeatedly call to find out the brand and where they were put on my car. They finally told me they put on Dunlap tires, and said they were supposed to be put on the back. Well, my Dunlap tires were on the front. I took it to the dealership and he tried to say that my file had no information in which they could use to definitively determine which tires they had put on. They found the vin number of the tires, and it was the 2 front tires. He then tried to find a way to say that my tires had been slit or ripped, which they clearly weren't. He said to leave my car and he would call within an hour after they took it to the shop. 2 and a half hours later I called back, and they informed me that they will not cover new tires because the Dunlap tires were on the front of my car, not the back. My tires are still under warranty and it shouldn't matter where on the car the tires are, they are defective and I purchased them from Honda. They should rectify the situation, not try and charge me more money for a defective tire THEY put on my car. This is just the most recent problem with them, I have many more horror stories. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER!! They have continuously lied to me about car problems and overcharged for no reason. I will not be going back, and I will be telling my friends about the terrible service I have continuously received.

My Review of Honda Carland North:
When we decided we wanted a "scooter" car to drive around town and to tow behind our motor home, we really did our homework to select the right one to fit our needs. After much research with Consumer Reports, edmunds.com, and new buyer reviews, we chose a Honda Fit. Then we located ten dealers within sixty miles of our area and called them all to ask for the best price for the Honda Fit Sport. Sharon at Honda Carland North was friendly, competent, and willing to quote us the price that we would have to pay to walk out the door with a 2010 model. Our experience in buying this car was unlike any other we have ever had. There was no pressure, and everything about the car was explained in detail to us. We would highly recommend this dealership. The fifty miles we drove to buy from them was well worth it! When time comes to purchase another vehicle, the only place we will call is Honda Carland North in Cartersville.
