My Review of Honda Carland North:
I went to the dealership to replace my 2006 Honda that was totalled in the flood in Cobb County. My salesman, Alan Armbruster, was Absolutely Wonderful! When I first went to the dealership I wasn't sure what model I really wanted. Alan listened to what I needed in a vehicle and was Very Helpful and Informative. He was extremely friendly and I never felt pressured to "buy now".

I ultimately decided to buy an Accord. I have owned two Hondas previously and Knew that I wanted another Honda! Honda Carland North was very accomidating to ensure my satisfaction by locating the perfect car for me. Chip Boyd (Sales Manager/Finance) worked to get me a great deal on my new car!

My overall experience was Super and I would recommend Honda Carland North for their professionalism and friendliness! I fully intend to go back when I make my next vehicle purchase!

My Review of Honda Carland North:
I have be repeatedly ripped off by this dealership and I will never go back to them. I would rather pay more and have honest people work on my car than pay these dishonest people. My most recent encounter: I purchased 2 tires from honda in 2008, I requested Toyo and also asked for an alignment. When I went to pick my car up they told me they were unable to align my car (a whole different story) but they charged me for it anyways. I was told that next time I got new tires, they would align it for free. This morning I realized that my front 2 tires are both splitting and I began trying to figure out if these were the Honda tires, so I called Honda. They knew nothing except I had new tires put on in 2008. I had to repeatedly call to find out the brand and where they were put on my car. They finally told me they put on Dunlap tires, and said they were supposed to be put on the back. Well, my Dunlap tires were on the front. I took it to the dealership and he tried to say that my file had no information in which they could use to definitively determine which tires they had put on. They found the vin number of the tires, and it was the 2 front tires. He then tried to find a way to say that my tires had been slit or ripped, which they clearly weren't. He said to leave my car and he would call within an hour after they took it to the shop. 2 and a half hours later I called back, and they informed me that they will not cover new tires because the Dunlap tires were on the front of my car, not the back. My tires are still under warranty and it shouldn't matter where on the car the tires are, they are defective and I purchased them from Honda. They should rectify the situation, not try and charge me more money for a defective tire THEY put on my car. This is just the most recent problem with them, I have many more horror stories. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER!! They have continuously lied to me about car problems and overcharged for no reason. I will not be going back, and I will be telling my friends about the terrible service I have continuously received.

My Review of Honda Carland North:
When we decided we wanted a "scooter" car to drive around town and to tow behind our motor home, we really did our homework to select the right one to fit our needs. After much research with Consumer Reports, edmunds.com, and new buyer reviews, we chose a Honda Fit. Then we located ten dealers within sixty miles of our area and called them all to ask for the best price for the Honda Fit Sport. Sharon at Honda Carland North was friendly, competent, and willing to quote us the price that we would have to pay to walk out the door with a 2010 model. Our experience in buying this car was unlike any other we have ever had. There was no pressure, and everything about the car was explained in detail to us. We would highly recommend this dealership. The fifty miles we drove to buy from them was well worth it! When time comes to purchase another vehicle, the only place we will call is Honda Carland North in Cartersville.

Our overall buying experience at Honda Carland North in Cartersville, GA was exceptional. My family and I were treated with the utmost respect and the dealership exemplified world-class customer service throughout the process. Our salesman, Joe Flanigan, did a great job of managing expectations and in the end we came away with a deal that was very agreeable for us and the dealership. After all, the point of any good business relationship leaves both parties satisfied and providing an environment for future work together. Lastly, at no point did we feel pressured or trapped in the buying process. On the contrary, we actually experienced tremendous freedom to do what was best for us. My entire experience at this dealership was excellent. I find that when you go into many dealerships and try to buy a car they seem deceitful and sneaky. I never once felt that way dealing with Alan. Alan was excellent! He was very friendly and inviting, I never felt as though I was getting a bad deal or being strung along by a salesperson.

Betsy Corbin was very easy to deal with. Betsy was very friendly with a positive attitude and explained everything about the car. She was very gracious about answering our questions. Even though we had been to other dealers to look at the Pilot, she wanted to be sure that we knew the ins and outs about the car. There were no games, surprises or dramatics in purchasing the 2010 Pilot EX. The deal was so smooth it was almost too good to be true!

My Review of Honda Carland North:
After checking the internet for a new 2009 Honda Civic, I checked several area Honda dealers to see what they had in stock. I drove by Honda Carland North one Sunday night after they had closed & spotted a Black Civic with a manual transmission that I was interested in. I then e-mailed several Honda dealers around the Atlanta are to see what Civics were in stock with a manual transmission or what cars could be located within a reasonable geographic location. Shaon Robertson e-mailed me back (immediately) the next day with availablility options and the "internet" price of the Black Civic that I had previously spotted at the dealership. The "internet price" is a great feature, as it was not only a substantial reduction from the sticker price displayed on the vehicle (end of the year savings), but allowed me to compare vehicle prices with other dealers without having to physically drive all over the metro-Atlanta area. After checking the dealer rating of Honda Carland North, I visited Sharon Robertson & was very pleased with her attitude, as well as the attitudes of everyone associated with this dealership; friendly, helpful, & no "car salesman" attitude. I indeed purchased the Honda Civic & was more than satisfied with the price (we were even able to reduce the already good internet price just a little bit because pinstripes had been added to the car by the dealer & I just did not want them. They gladly removed them & reduced the selling price just a bit so that I didn't feel like I'd paid for something that had been removed).

I would whole-heartedly recommend this dealership and this sales person. There were absolutely NO games played (add ons, negotiating tactics/games, etc)that I have experienced with EVERY other dealer from whom I have purchased new vehicles in the past. I am 56 years old & have purchased many new cars in my life-time & this was by FAR the most pleasant car-buying experience that I have ever had. The entire process was easy, fast, & convenient. No waiting, no delays, no "hard sell tactic". Just nice folks wanting to sell a great, well-respected product & wanting to treat a customer like a customer SHOULD be treated. GREAT EXPERIENCE. And.....the Civic has been absolutely GREAT------well designed, well engineered, & a pleasure to drive.

Alan was very freindly and helpful in test-driving and working out the paperwork for my new vehicle. He made sure I was aware of the responsibility I was getting into and made sure I was happy with my new car. He called me a few days later to check on me and make sure I was still a happy, new car customer. I did have some problems with the finance department, but was very pleased with Alan's service.
