Terrible service. No, worst than terrible. Found a car online. Called to get availability and details. They then added about $2k to the price for misc dealer fees. The No, worst than terrible. They then came back and said they couldn’t do a deposit on that car due to high demand ins I need to make payment in full that day. I told them to keep the car. They texted me to say they could now do the deposit. I have the deposit and requested final numbers to close the deal. It’s now 7 hours later and they have called once to ask me to complete a credit app. I told them I don’t need a loan but I need the numbers so when I drive for 4 hours to get there I know what to expect. I still haven’t received the numbers. Not sure if they are even a real dealership. Nobody answers the phones. All you get is text messages and dead ends. More

Fernado was very unprofessional, he lied stating the fender was replaced, he continually made excuses when asked about workmanship of the repairs and insulted me when he stated I should have bought a new vehicle. The ball was dropped the behalf of Honda Cars of Katy. After the initial drop off the vehicle three attempts were made to remedy the situation and yet its still unfinished. The vehicle will be taken to another Honda location for repair. Stay away from this dealership. There has been zero return calls, text or communication. More

Looked at a 2023 used CRV Hybrid not happy because the car was not fully automatic. Ms. Elena convinced us to come back for a better deal on a 2024 CRV EX-L fully automatic. The next day we went to see M car was not fully automatic. Ms. Elena convinced us to come back for a better deal on a 2024 CRV EX-L fully automatic. The next day we went to see Ms. Elena and she was amazing. The color of the car is right and it has all the bells and whistles was looking for. We spend 5 K more, but we were happy.
