Pretty painless purchase. No high pressure sales pitch. Emilio listened what I was looking for and suggested the best car for my needs which was actually a less premium model than I thought I needed. A bit disappointed that no small benefits were offered such as a free oil change. The last Honda I bought (not at this dealership) came with a full year of oil changes/general maintenance. Many surprises in the finance details when I reviewed later at home. I blame myself for not taking the time to review what I was signing. I did feel somewhat rushed during the signing process. I will go with what I have and call it “it is what it is” but I have learned a valuable lesson and will warn others to watch for these not so friendly tactics. More

MJ was awesome! She was professional, efficient and thorough! Yasey (sp) in the box was just as wonderful!! Not once did I feel pressured by anyone there.
