Awful. Alex Toledo was rude, misleading and not easy to communicate with. Also don’t buy here.. $899 window tint fee and tacks on other fees grand total was $3000 above other dealerships and other cars tha communicate with. It was quite a friendly and open atmosphere. Many are quite helpful. I was not too sure of the monthly fee to pay until the very end. I would have liked to have known my overall cost for rental purchase quite helpful. I was not too sure of the monthly fee to pay until the very end. In addition,the total cost was double for what I had agreed to earlier before financing occurred. I would have also loved to have received something in my hand, like the registration to place in the glove box and not just a thumb drive. I did feel quite empty handed. After all, look at the debt I just placed myself in. I did walk away with a car (SUV), but proof of purchase, registration, ect., would have been even more fulfilling. Afterall, I do have to drive the vehicle home. If stopped, there is no proof that I now owned the vehicle. More

Happy with my purchase and got a good deal. A small issue arose after I arrived home with my new car. There were no floor mats present.
