Bad service, customers has to be aware of this crook dealer Fair sales service, worst financial service, dealing with the Finance Manager Michael Sanicola is like dealing with your enemy. You feel he is trying to confuse you, he offers a refund on my payments to "keep me happy" but after five weeks that refund never came. HONDA of Ft Myers used to be a nice place but now is not anymore, it changes to look like a cheap and crook dealer. I understand now why this Michael Sanicola is not even on the list of the Honda of Ft Myers employees. More

I came into the dealership expecting just to look around and weigh my options. JR was amazing in terms of explaining the technical side of things and helping us get a good deal for our trade in. Jonathon stayed until after the dealership was closed and did the BEST job making sure that our financing stayed in our budget and gave us an incredible deal and package to go with it. Their prices and selection were excellent. Our salesman was great, not pushy and patient (he showed us 6-7 cars). There was a seatbelt cover broken that we tried to fix before we left (mostly ourselves) and this morning I noticed there isn't any wiper fluid in the system. Going to get it fully tuned and checked out as soon as possible. I would recommend them for pricing and selection for sure though! More

Seemed professional at first, but then I was lied to about the cost , the loan and extra charges I clearly said I did not want ( to Dan in finance) - they were added anyway. Supposedly one of the charges ($1199 plus tax) is to be reimbursed- I have yet to receive it. I was also told the cabin and engine air filter were changed - they were not and I have pictures to show the ones I replaced. Your dealership would not accept the check I had from Suncoast at a 3% interest rate and forced me to a higher rate. The only good thing I have to say is that you did put on 4 new tires when I was supposed to get just 2. Your serve lady , Margarette, was excellent and did everything she promised and kept me informed. After getting the car, I had to replace the battery in both the car and key fob. I should also mention, the sales lady was professional and did her job. It was after her the lies and issues started. Also, we got there at 2:00 PM and did not get out until after 8:00 PM. I guess this is part of your “ wear down” strategy. I have learned from this experience and will not buy another car from a dealership. On line is the way to go...(which , by the way, I am expecting to buy another car in the next 3 to 6 months). Scott Earhart More
