Beware of Scam Can I give this place zero stars. Sales guy was good but Fiance department are fraudsters, Fiance guy I work with added a lot of hidden fees equally Can I give this place zero stars. Sales guy was good but Fiance department are fraudsters, Fiance guy I work with added a lot of hidden fees equally to about 5000. He did a poor job in explaining. When I return to inquire about those fees he offered to cancelled them. However that is not all , the financing plan he got me was some obscure bank with a very high interest rate. When we return to get the loan refinanced he said how it could not be done because it was a new month . Clearly it did not make sense, however he kept saying it will be difficult and he cannot do it right away . I will have to report them to consumer affairs Buyers beware... Scammers.. many hidden fees More
Pleased with location, cleanliness, inventory and employees. Waited at least an hour to speak with finance guy, but process went quickly. Waiting for extras not available until next week. Shady Shady! Very unethical! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don't know who taught these salesmen ethics but they don't have them here. I had an appointment to test If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don't know who taught these salesmen ethics but they don't have them here. I had an appointment to test drive a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L. The car was priced at $16,990 on auto trader and $20,184 on the Honda website with a strike through it saying it was a lower price. While on my test drive, the salesman (Mark) answers a phone call from his manager (Rafael) and immediately puts him on speaker phone. Why would anyone in their right mind put a phone on speaker with a customer in the car unless they knew already what would be said (hmmm). The manager was inquiring where they keys were to the car that I was driving because there were two other people waiting to test drive it. Ok, sales tactic, I get it. "Other people are interested in the car, you better buy now". After hanging up, he asked me if I was interested in the van. I was. I told him that I had a trade and I had an out the door figure that I wanted to get or they could move to the "two other people that wanted to test drive the car". When we got back to the showroom, the salesman asked me for my car keys so he could get my trade valued. He stopped and spoke to the manager on his way out. Then came back to me and told me the car was purchased with cash while we were on the test drive. This was only 5-10 minutes after the manager called to say that people wanted to test drive the car. 1. You sold a car when you didn't even have the keys and 2. They sure got the paperwork done quickly, I've never had a 5 minute transaction... Considering I was there for over an hour and only got to test drive a car they knew I was coming to look at, that's pretty fast! He didn't even ask me if I wanted to look at any other vans. So when I get home I see that the price of the van was increased on the Honda of Fort Myers website by $2,000. My husband called shortly after, and after being hung up on, he got to talk to someone and asked as to why business was handled that way? They told him that a deposit was put on the car while I was on the test drive. About an hour later, he received a phone call from someone at Honda (following up from the hangup call I assume because they thought they were returning a call to someone inquiring about a car) so my husband just asked if the car was still available, they said "YES" that it was. I called again this morning and inquired about the car and low and behold, still available. So my problem is not that they didn't sell me the car, my problem is the fact that they lied to me. If you priced a car too low or if I give you a figure that is unreasonable, say so! Lying to a customer is very unethical and I will NEVER do business with this establishment again. I found the same year Honda Odyssey Touring Elite at O'Brien Hyundai today and walked out 2 hours later from start to finish with a great experience and a deal that both customer and business were happy with. Dealer is scam artist. Does bait and switch on financing then tacks on $900 gap insurance that they claim you get a refund on. Not. Don’t attempt to buy here if you have your own financing. then tacks on $900 gap insurance that they claim you get a refund on. Not. Don’t attempt to buy here if you have your own financing. More

Manadatory Window Tint and Nitrogen Filled Tires for $400!!! The only reason I'm giving this dealership even one star is that my salesperson, Maytee Ycaza, was very honest and tried very hard to make up for t The only reason I'm giving this dealership even one star is that my salesperson, Maytee Ycaza, was very honest and tried very hard to make up for the terrible business practices forced on the sales staff by General Manager Ernie Sims. I forget the sale manager's name, but he ultimately was unwilling to even consider violating Mr. Sims' rules. Mr. Sims himself was not at the dealership that evening, or I certainly would have wanted to discuss this with him face to face.. The advertised price for the CR-V I came to see was attractive enough for me to drive 2 hours from St. Pete to Ft. Myers. The trouble started when the sales estimation sheet came out with the Dealer Prep Fee of $999!! and the MANDATORY, NON-NEGOTIABLE window tint and nitrogen-filled tire fee of $399!! printed right on the page. The price of the vehicle was good enough that I'd swallow the ridiculous dealer prep fee, especially since Maytee told me and the contract later stated (as required by Florida law) that it included profit. I did buy the car because it was in great condition and exactly what I was looking for, but I left the dealership feeling abused by the mandatory window tint and tire nitrogen, which although treated as a fee on the estimation sheet magically became a dealer installed option on the buyer’s order form. Where I'm from, an option is something that is NOT mandatory and non-negotiable. I have no idea whether or not this is legal, but it's certainly a disrespectful way to treat your customers. First of all, I didn't want window tint and resented having it rammed down my throat. But even worse, I was forced to pay for nitrogen-filled tires, which I know as a mechanical engineer and lifelong “car guy” is of exactly ZERO practical value on a passenger car. This is not just the opinion of an experienced engineer, but is backed up by Consumer Reports and the NHTSA. They put special "N2" caps on the valve stems, which I took off because they were a constant reminder of the fact that I had been scammed. But it didn't have to be this way. The advertised price was so good that I'd probably still have driven the 2 hours if it were $400 higher and would have felt fine leaving the dealership having paid exactly the same amount, if a little miffed at the high dealer prep. And that would have been without window tint and with just regular old air in the tires. Instead, I'm spending my time writing this review so that hopefully others can avoid that “just been scammed” feeling. Honda of Fort Myers is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and they have given this dealership a C- rating, which given my experience comes as no surprise. More
