Received a good deal on the price of the car. What followed was not a premier experience. They forgot to return my insurance card. The finance guy Ryan did a very good job so kudos to him. At delivery of my nee vehicle my sales person took off to be with another customer. A lady came over and noted the tank wasnt full so she went off to fill it - good job and ghanks to her. Some features of the car were explained but They seemed to be unfamiliar with other features. The car had seat tags (to be removed by dealer) remaining. The windows were dirty. There was adhesive on the side mirrors. I found a bar code sticker on the roof the next day. It seemed the car had not been gone over or was detailed poorly. I was not offered a drink the entire 3 hrs I was there. Not nearly as good an experience as my previous Honda purchase. The people were pleasant And well meaning It just wasn’t as professional an experience I would have expected. I would recommend it with caution. More

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle in any dealership. The tactics used at this one is horrible, feeding on people who do not have the knowledge to prevent from being taken adva vehicle in any dealership. I purchased a 2020 Accord and found out after the fact that I was tricked, bamboozled, and convinced into paying over 10k of the sticker price with all their BS promises and how they were doing me a great favor. I have a credit score just shy of 800 and emphasized to them I did not want my credit to be run more than once and in the end they ran my credit through 4 banking organizations. I was also told not to refinance the car until I made at least 4 payments consecutively so they can get their commission. I traded in a vehicle and expressed i wanted a lower monthly payment and now have almost ended up with almost twice what I was paying. Truly deceptive tactics used and advantage takers of people like me who are just too trusting. More

Rafael was great to work with and was very efficient at getting me in the right vehicle. I went in with an idea of what type of vehicle I wanted, he showed me what he had in inventory and then we did a tes getting me in the right vehicle. It was an ok experience. The "finance manager", Eric Serrano, did the hard sell on the xxxxty maintenance plan and I felt like I had to take it to make him shut up. We were told we could cancel the maintenance plan without any added costs and be refunded for the remainder of the balance but I'm sure that was xxxxxxxx and there will be countless hoops to jump through for that. Our experience with Millien was great however, he was a very straightforward and professional individual. My wife enjoys the car though so I'll still rate it as a fair experience. More
