Our salesman Matt, was terrible. Extremely not interested in going over the car AFTER the deal was done. PAINFUL CAR PURCHASE FORT MYERS HONDA .Took a couple days made up my mind to purchase, came in on a internet advertised price. Plus dealer fees, tint window nitrogen in tires fees.Ok went .Took a couple days made up my mind to purchase, came in on a internet advertised price. Plus dealer fees, tint window nitrogen in tires fees.Ok went to finance , you must buy the extended warranty or we can’t sell you the vehicle, did not want warranty agreed to put money down wow that’s no good ok I will not put money down let’s just finance the total. Well you want the gap insurance correct , no I don’t want it ok we will get you a rate 7.8 % to much smoke and mirrors for me I guess you can’t buy a vehicle from these people for the advertised internet price . There is much more to this that I’m missing.I was very uncomfortable at this dealership and would not go back. Bait and switch the manager compared there dealership to a gambling casino if the casino cannot beat you on the slots they have to make it up on the gaming tables rediculous very disappointed I’m not able to put my money back in my home town oh well somebody will be happy for my business. Went back because I wanted the truck they put me in a 4.9% loan added paint protection $1299.00 Warranty and loan insurance $5000.00 they have a slick table top screen to sign your documents as your finance guy flies through the documents you do not get to see really what your signing .In the end I asked for all my documents to read .well there is to many here is a thumb drive . Got home read all documents and cancelled the warranty and loan insurance 40 days out of purchase still have not had these refunded yet. the paint protection cant get out of. This was the most uncomfortable car purchase I have ever even heard of. PAINFUL WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE> ADVERTIZE A PRICE BUT WE CANNOT SELL IT TO YOU FOR THAT PRICE UNLESS YOU PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS AND YOU CANNOT COME IN WITH YOUR OWN FINANCING More

After dealing with an on-going problem for two and a half months with a car purchased in February 2020, I returned yet a third or fourth time with the same serious complaint. But, this time I spoke with Nick Almeida, Service Advisor, who actually listened and heard and understood my exasperation. He then took my complaints to Raphael, Sales Manager, who went to work immediately on solving our problem. By day's end, we drove away in a new vehicle, happy for a joyful ending, which eliminated the stress and weariness. A sincere thank you to all (sales assistant; finance adviser, Kevin; and Kelly, insurance adviser). More
