My Review Of Honda of Joliet:
Jacqulin Rall from internet sales was awesome to work with. When she arrived at an OTD price, she itemized everything out, all charges and fees, so I could see exactly how she arrived at the final price. I wanted to know exactly what I was paying for and how much. I was negotiating price with other dealerships and two of the other dealerships did not appear to want to work with me to the extent that Jacqulin did. A salesman at one of the other dealerships actually increased his price at one point down the line after working with him for over a week. When I questioned why the price went up, I found out that dealership adds accessories to all CR-V EX models and above, forcing the customer to pay for accessories they don't want/need. That is UNACCEPTABLE to a customer and Jacqulin NEVER did anything shady like that. She was honest, helpful, and always friendly and eager to explain anything I asked about. Mike Reznik was the salesman who delivered the car. He too was very helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly, and willing to answer any and all questions.
Another one of the other dealerships actually lost the deal with me because of price. I am responsible for bringing 4 sales and the potential for this 5th sale to them in less than 10 years. I bought 1, would have bought a 2nd, my friend & her husband bought 2, and their son bought a car, all because of my referrals. You would think the salesman could have worked with me and given me a better deal to show his appreciation, but instead, that dealership lost a customer and may lose more when my friends hear what happened.
Jacqulin performed in a manner which was completely opposite of the others, and her professionalism has earned a future customer for Honda of Joliet and I will bring all of my referrals to this store.
