My Review Of Honda of Joliet:
Our family has a 2009 Scion XB and was in need of a full Brake job. I choose Joliet Honda because of their Service and quality in the past, we also service our Accord there. John's Customer Service and follow up was great. I dropped off the car on Saturday. John answered all my questions, explained everything in detail, and addressed my concerns. John even took me to the Tech who was working on my car who explained the Brake issue and more. John called for Shuttle Service right away,so I can be dropped off. Once close to home I realized I forgot my garage door opener. The driver drove me back to Joliet Honda to get the garage door opener, then back home and was very patient. John called me later that morning to explain the Brake situation, other repairs and cost estimate. John was very patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. On Monday morning I called the Service department and was on hold. John returned my call right away with an update, and later that day informing me the car was ready to be picked up. Tuesday evening is when I picked up the car and Dani assisted me who was also very friendly. Dani allowed me to inspect and drive my car before paying the bill. The repair bill had no surprises and was quoted just as John explained.
