Excellent experience, Harry listened, he did not pressure us, he was there to answer all questions, he knew about the vehicles and he showed us things about the vehicle we would have missed. Thuan was the first person to respond my e-mail requesting pricing for an Honda Accord. I e-mailed five dealers and Thuan responded before anyone else did. Also, we found a lower price for the car and Thuan and his manager were very nice about matching that price. The business manager, Lars, was also helpful with the warranty information.
