I noticed only a limited number of technicians , which could have contributed to my disappointment .today. I was being asked to leave my car over the weekend without any rental option or upfront information during the appointment scheduling process.with Amber, who sounded to be quite self-important and was visibly annoyed when I inquired about the estimated arrival time for the required part . Ultimately, I believe the management bears responsibility for the unsatisfactory experience." More

I have to let people know that I enjoy going to this dealership. As long as my service advisor Josh is working. He has proven to be very efficient. Also honest, and truthful. I went by earlier this week and I didn’t know what was wrong with my car. I thought it was something very serious, which most dealerships or even mechanics would have said it was something serious and he was honest and told me it was something simple. He took care of it, and I was on my way. Let’s hope they keep more service advisor like Josh around. More

Trying not to be too negative here, since at the end of the day, I got the Honda vehicle I really wanted at a not terrible price. But this was NOT a very pleasant experience dealing with the personnel I de the day, I got the Honda vehicle I really wanted at a not terrible price. But this was NOT a very pleasant experience dealing with the personnel I dealt with. Long story short, a salesperson made certain concessions over the phone to get me back in the dealership a second time. Once at the dealership, I was transferred to the manager, Clark, a self-described "straight shooter", who proceeded to completely negate what the salesperson said on the phone. Apparently, a salesperson can tell you anything they want, but if it hasn't been approved by a manager, then it just doesn't matter! When I pointed out the unprofessional and deceptive manner of this practice, Clark became rude and defensive, as if *I* was the one acting inappropriately. The next day I call in and I'm like "I want to make a deal but I have a bad taste in my mouth by all this", but this guy Clark was just so full of himself to make things right (read: free floor mats, stupid). In the end, I got over it, since I really did want & need this vehicle right now, but otherwise, the way things went down with certain personnel at Honda of Pasadena (a seasoned manager for god's sake), should certainly be a cause for concern among future car shoppers! More
