I purchased my Accord from this same dealership in March 2017 & have only had it serviced here at this VS service ctr. Alex Marcel & the rest of the staff have always taken c/o me & my car & "squeezed" me i 2017 & have only had it serviced here at this VS service ctr. Clara is great ! The wait time is ridiculous. I was the first car there. My appt was at 7am & I arrived at 6:40 so I could be the first in& out. My service was only for an oil change & tire rotation. I was first car there. My appt was at 7am & I arrived at 6:40 so I could be the first in& out. My service was only for an oil change & tire rotation. I was there for almost 3 hours& watched 2 people that were behind me leave before me. My first time visiting I was there for 2hrs & asked for my car back after I was told it would be another 3hrs & they had not even started working on my car yet. This was my second time & once again the wait was ridiculous. I’m going to give this service center one more chance before I take my business elsewhere. More

Mrs. Tores is a valuable access to Honda service Dep. Mr. Mejias was very professional in resolving all my issues and assuring my vehicle service in a professional timely manner. Mr. Alex Marcel, was helpful and attentive to m questions. Mr. David Palmer was not helpful at all and tried to blame me for my vehicle getting a flat while in the shop. (not very professional) disregard that I was spending over 3,000 fixing my vehicle. More
