My Review of Hudson Toyota:
Everyone was very friendly but NOT pushy and seemed genuine...when it was clear a hybrid and the environment were my priorities and not a fully loaded car with all the bells and whistles, David actually convinced me to try a LESS EXPENSIVE and more fuel efficient model ...the Prius vs. the Camry Hybrid. And he was honest that the ride would not be as comfy as the Campry which is a good sized sedan, and was what I was planning on getting. I bought the Prius..so I actually spent less money than I planned to and feel better about a more efficient hybrid.. how many people have that experience buying a car? Also, my time was very limited and they were very quick as far as these things go...in for my 11am appointment and the Sales folks and the car were ready for me...no waiting around forever staring at brochures all by yourself while your salesperson disappears into some manager's office for an hour..and I was completely done just before 2pm...financing and all. I don't think I got the cheapest price possible in the world, but I don't mind folks making a living so long as they treat me well and understand my concerns. I did call a head and chat with the Manager first and explained the most recent car shopping nightmare I'd just had at another dealership (Ford), so that may have incentivized the folks at Hudson to have their ducks in a row and be ready to work with me as soon as I got there.

My Review of Hudson Toyota:
The Toyota I bought is my first car. Ceasar was my Sales Consultant and Irfan Pirzada was the Sales Manager. They were extremely nice and helpful to me. They understood that I needed a lot of time to think about buying the car, since it was my first. Honestly I was very nervous because I didnt really know much about buying a car, but they made me feel very comfortable about it. I leased the car and they quoted a very good price for it. My experience at Hudson Toyota was great. I wish them all the very best. Thank you for everything...I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

My Review of Hudson Toyota:
When i step out of my vehicle to step in Hudson premise, i had a very nice welcome form one of the associate named David and he offered us a seat and something to drink. He then ask if we want a vehicle to purchase, i replied," we're here for a trading in of a sequoia 2010. He then went to Mario who we were suppose to be meeting. Mario came and discuss some topics concerning the sequoia and then he told David to tour us a ride to see the different colours and other features they had. When we finish they made a very good deal with us for the trade in. We had our vehicle the same time we left which was great. There friendliness was excellent, they negiotate with us in the financing part and also great with the treatment. They have a very good customer experience.

I bought a brand new Toyota Venza car with allmost fully loaded. William and Bill Pirzada are the excellent sales person/manager. Really they had given me a good deal. So for all serious buyers I advise to meet either William or Bill Pirzada. Excellent customer interaction and good deal.

My Review of Hudson Toyota:
We met with the sales manager, Mario Fernandes, and one of his salesmen, Sam Moton, on a Saturday afternoon. They are both very personable, and went out of their way to make sure we received the best care possible. They took their time from start to finish, going through the process very thoroughly and accurately. We looked at what my options were, looked on their lot for cars, and found one which I would be able to afford and got me into it! Once the credit application process was completed, we filled out some paperwork, and then went and met with one of their finance managers, Ilia Pilmenstein. He, too, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer my many questions and made sure I was happy with the answers I received. He, like Mario and Sam, made sure I understood everything involved with the process, and made sure that no question went unanswered. I am very happy with the car, and with the dealership.

My Review of Hudson Toyota:
I was hoping to find an honest, friendly dealer to work with in New Jersey, as I was not satisfied with the New York dealerships, and I got what I wanted and some. Cesar was patient, full of good advice, very cordial, and very knowledgeable regarding Toyota options. I walked into the dealership to test drive a used 2008 Prius and walked out with a brand new 2010 Prius with financing that I could afford. It was a miracle that Hudson Toyota had EXACTLY the model and color I wanted right on the lot! I will recommend this dealership and pass around Cesar's card to everyone who parks in my parking lot in NYC wondering where they can get this fine car. Thank you for the opportunity to share this great experience.

My Review of Hudson Toyota:
My experience at Hudson Toyota was GREAT one. From the minute I entered the dealership everyone was super nice and very knowledgeable. They treated me with respected and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions quickly and honestly. My sales person was Mario Diogo and was great. Showed me a number or cars , explained all features and helped me find the car I love. I also dealt with Irfan Pirzada and steve Greer, which are sales managers at the dealership. They too were great and very nice. They explained everything to me in detail and were great. I will continue to return to Hudson Toyota for service and future purchases. I would recommend this dealership and sales person/manager to anyone. Thank You Hudson Toyota for my car at a great price!!! They truly understand the meaning of customer service. Thanksssssss

My Review of Hudson Toyota:
Here's the scenario of every driver's worst nightmare: Our car crashed after the brakes failed getting out of the highway. Thank goodness no one was hurt. We needed a new car. My wife and I have scoured the web for dealership ratings and reviews. To our surprise and disappointment, the majority of the reviews were negative. After several dealership visits in person, we were even more discouraged. All the reasons summarizing to dishonesty and intimidation can be found on the aforementioned reviews.

BUT sometimes, you stumble across a diamond in the rough and may even fail to realize that, especially when you expect great customer treatment in the first place. I am happy to say that Michael Ventura and his team at Hudson Toyota treated my wife and I with just that.

From the initial visit to the exit review, Mike and team had been attentive to our needs by LISTENING. We were previously turned down by a VW dealership and were desperate for a new car. Between a doctor and a bank manager, my wife and I each have credit scores in the high 700-800's, maintain decent salaries, and with our debt to income ratio at only 7%! Perhaps the VW dealership wanted more "down deposit" and turned us down as a sales tactic. Not only did Mike listen, he asked foundational questions such as our driving habits, family usage, etc. He didn't even recommend any cars to us because he wanted us to see the various models firsthand in the lot. We could pick any car to test drive, as physically experiencing the drive was more important than hearing someone tell us "this car was made for you".

During the pricing negotiations, our leasing agent worked out the numbers with Hudson and we were presented with a great offer within 20 minutes.

During the contract signing, the credit officer Roman was patient with the questions we had for him. We felt it was a pleasant experience in this area as well.

Two days after the deal, we received a call from Mike. He wanted to know how we liked the car and sent regards to my family. A week later, we received a letter from Mike in the mail thanking us for the business. We couldn't have been more happier with our choice of the 2010 Camry LE, but more importantly the services we got from Hudson Toyota was bar none. We will be recommending friends and family to this dealership going forward.

Thanks again to Mike Ventura, Juan, Roman and team! Thanks also to Max Masters, our leasing agent for pairing us up with Hudson Toyota. You guys have certainly met and exceeded all of our expectations!
