I took my car to Hughes Honda, and they charged me $868. 98 for a fuel pump that I did not need. The very next day, my car started skipping and jerking again. I called them and brought the car back. They ran another diagnostic and charged me $115, only to tell me I needed a $6,500 head gasket repair. That price is outrageous — head gaskets do not cost anywhere near that, and it turns out the repair wasn’t even needed. I got a second opinion elsewhere, and all that was wrong was spark plugs and low antifreeze. Once those were replaced, my car ran perfectly fine. Please beware of this place. The mechanics are not thorough, and the service advisors — especially Keegan — will try to add unnecessary charges just to increase profits. It seems like they’re fabricating issues because car sales are slow. Save yourself the money and frustration. Go somewhere honest. More

It's illegal to take money from customers on the car lot add false charges to their credit report under their social security number, that's why it's hard for every car dealership to sell a lot of cars because when you guys take money from customers, you guys put the money directly in your pockets or bank accounts just for making a sell or sells.
