Stay away from the dealership if you do purchase have your own mechanic do a diagnostic test. My daughter car broke down 5 times and it hasn't been a year. Do not take your vehicle here for service. I took my Lexus GX460 in for an issue. Ms. Anthony was my service advisor. They did a "full diagnostic" and replaced the serpentine belt. I asked I took my Lexus GX460 in for an issue. Ms. Anthony was my service advisor. They did a "full diagnostic" and replaced the serpentine belt. I asked her if the problem persisted, what should I do? She said to take a video and send it to her. The next morning the same issue came up when I cranked the SUV. I sent her two videos from two different days and communicated with her via text. The last response I got was that she was "working on it". That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone at this dealership. They obviously didn't diagnose my issue correctly and then they charged over $350 to NOT fix the problem. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not care about you once you have paid! I have disputed the charges and will contact Toyota corporate as my next steps in recourse. I don't expect to hear from Hutchinson and most likely won't hear from Toyota but I don't want anyone else to suffer through the total lack of customer care and poor communication that I have endured in trying to deal with this poorly run dealership. Hutchinson Toyota has zero respect for there customers and lie if that is what it takes to get your money. Salesman Christopher White brought me a car to test drive that had a dead cat in it with out clea and lie if that is what it takes to get your money. Salesman Christopher White brought me a car to test drive that had a dead cat in it with out cleaning the vehicle to get rid of the horrific smell. On another vehicle they told me they could do $490 with 5000 down and when I asked for the confirmation sheet they then said it would be 490 with 6000 down. So do to the lies and issues I got a new sell person named Kenneth Emerson I put down a deposit of $500 to hold a vehicle after being assured if I changed my mind I could get my money back no problem. They only had the vehicle off the lot for 1 week out of the 2 1/2 weeks. When I changed my mind I asked for my refund and I was getting the run around when it came to picking up the check for the $500 I had put down. Finally 3 days later the GM states that regardless that his salesman lied and my receipt DOES NOT state non- refundable, I will not get back the $500 dollars paid to hold the vehicle. Even the management allows their employees actions and behaviors and allowing these types of issues to be allowed towards their customers. More
