I recently purchased a new vehicle from Hyundai of Cool Springs and went in to pick up my license plate. As I spoke to Carl the Sales manager, the finance manager rudely interrupted and addressed me in a Springs and went in to pick up my license plate. As I spoke to Carl the Sales manager, the finance manager rudely interrupted and addressed me in a condecondescending tone. I paid cash for the car and turned to him and said that I was happy that I did not have to deal with him. He replied that he was happy he did not have to deal with me and went on blubbering in a totally inappropriate way. He refused to give me a business card. I asked the manager who I would file a complaint to and he said that would be him. The finance guy then proceeded to sneer at me and laughed, noting that they were buddies. The manager never apologized for the behavior. BAD BUSINESS! Completely intolerable. More

He treated me like an equal - also rare among all the salespeople I dealt with. Jay Vallecillo sold me on the vehicle we purchased - by knowing the car inside and out and by making me feel respected. Having had service on Lexus, Mercedes, and Chevy's I have been terribly disappointed in the lack of communication from the service department. i have a new Palisade with a warranty problem and am on week 4 o been terribly disappointed in the lack of communication from the service department. i have a new Palisade with a warranty problem and am on week 4 of getting it repaired and 4 hours past due from promised repair time. No answer at the service department and the message box is full. I will not buy another Hyundai due to this and will be trading in shortly, if I can get it repaired. More
