I went in for an oil change. Was told oil pan was damaged. They tried to work with the company that last changed the oil in the car, but had no success. I subsequently received a phone call from Mr Woods to tell me that not only was the car was ready, but that the dealership repaired it for no charge calling it goodwill satisfaction. More
