I purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti of Elk Grove; About 2 months after the purchase of my vehicle, I had multiple dash board notifications light up and I could not move my vehicle so I immediately called Steve and he arranged for a tow truck to come get my vehicle, they towed it to a Chevy dealer. They took care of all of the repairs and Steve fronted the bill! He maintained contact with me throughout the entire process, the sales manager at the Chevy dealer was very friendly and it was just an overall wonderful experience. Steve was exceptional, and I will definitely continue to and recommend others to his dealership! Thank you Steve!

I highly recommend buying a car from Cole Dyas at Infiniti of Elk Grove. I had an utterly painless experience buying my new car. It was great! Car buying is normally an experience that no one wants to go through, it is a long process, you dicker back and forth on pricing, it's boring. Not at Infinity in Elk Grove, it was quick, easy and effortless. I think they were very fair in their price, Cole was a pleasure to deal with, there was no pressure. Great experience.

MY WIFE AND I HAD A WOUNDERFUL CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED, BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EXACT CAR WE WANTED ON THEIR LOT. THERE WAS NEVER AN ATTEMPT TO TRY AND GET US TO BUY A CAR WE DID NOT WANT FROM THEIR INVENTORY. THEY FOUND THE EXACT CAR WE WANTED IN TRANSIT TO ANOTHER DEALER AND GOT IT FOR US. WE WERE SO HAPPY. We had a great buying experience. Our salesman, Will Petaway, was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The Finance Department was great. Toam explained everything to us as we went through the process. We never felt pressured. We were treated with courtesy and the Manager even thanked us for our business just before we left with our new G37S. We would recommend Ifiniti of Elk Grove to anyone.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
I purchased a pre-owned certified G35 from them in March 2007 and the sales experience was initially very unsatisfactory and frustrating owing to poor, unprofessional salesmanship and customer service. Their staff initially failed to live up to their promise of providing me with a full set of keys and were otherwise quite boorish and unprofessional when it came to customer relations, even while selling the car. However, after my negative review at this site a year later, their customer relationship manager Amy Rothenberger went a long way to alleviate my grievances by regularly emailing, calling and listening to the problems I had with them. She informed me that they have let go of their offending staff and are working hard to improve their customer relations. She helped to have the key made at another local dealership (since I live far away from Elk Grove), which I think is a highly commendable gesture. I therefore believe I can recommend new customers to give this dealership a try.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
Poor follow through with customer calls. I have been trying to get a spare key for 1 month without any return calls. No offer has been made to recode the key. And, an installer found a major default with one of the fuses where as he was driving the car on the freeway, the computer completely shut off and so did the car. I emailed Matt with no respone. I am fearful of driving this car because it is not safe. Again, no response to my inquiry. It appears that once the car is sold, nobody cares what happens to the customer or the customer's safety.
