My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
Although I did not purchase my Infiniti in Elk Grove, this dealership has earned my future business. While shopping for the perfect vehicle, both in person and on-line, I was able to utilize the vast knowledge Peter Santiago and Trent have acquired throughout their years of service. I eventually was able to find the perfect Infiniti to suite my needs.
After purchasing from another Infiniti dealership, I promptly brought my new vehicle by for their inspection and approval. I was delighted they were genuinely as happy as I was that I had found my perfect vehicle. This sincerity was amazing! At that point I knew I wasn't dealing with salesmen who just wanted to earn a commission. They really were happy.
My visits during service appointments are never a bother. I actually enjoy just chatting with Infiniti Of Elk Grove's team for a few moments. I am always greeted with real smiles and warm handshakes. Their service advisers Gonzalo Sanchez and especially Trevor Allen go above and beyond every single time I arrive with a service request or a just a simple question.
This dealership is an excellent business model. I am amazed by their commitment to providing exemplary service and that they truly care about their customers. This is how a business aught to be.

We've have had our M45 serviced @ Infinity of Elk Grove, Calif., since 2004 with complete satisfaction.
Your employee, Trevor Allen has been our Service Consultant for a little over a year. He is great!!! He is always professional, courteous and prompt with us when we have a scheduled appointment.....We usually wait in the Lounge area and Trevor frequently "pokes" his head in to let us know how much longer it will take, if we want refreshments or if we need additional work done on our car.
My husband and I own a Cafe (Champlin's Evergreen Cafe, 1001 I St., Sacramento, Calif....it's located inside the Calif. EPA Bldg) and we appreciate great and outstanding employees.....we strive always to have 100% of customers satisfied with their experience in our Cafe. With Trevor Allen, he would be @ the top of our list as a great employee.

They ask you ahead of time if you will be waiting or can leave your vehicle and expedite service accordingly. They are friendly. There is a lounge with coffee, a t.v., magazines, newspapers and a wi-fi center. Everything is explained ahead of time and they keep you informed if anything else is needed.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
This was an unscheduled service on a Saturday and I recieved the typical timely, professional care I get on my scheduled appointments. All I had was a streaking windshield wiper. It was replaced immediately and I was on my way. While I was at the dealership I had warm hello's from the staff and was recognized by many by my name. I have bought cars from many dealerships over the year and Infiniti of Elk Grove is in a class by itself. This is my second Infiniti and have dealt with this dealership for over seven years. It is a dealership I intend to deal with for a good many more years, I feel I get a lot of respect when I visit the dealership.

Trevor was so helpful in getting my diognosis completed, and then assisting me with setting up the servie work. I was a bit mentally scattered that morning, but Trevor was straight-up gentleman and want way beyond the patient call of duty. I recomment calling him anytime with auto issues. I have an M35 (which I love) and Trevor helped me get back on the road with a smooth transition. This guy is really worth the call if you need service. Helpful but not pushy.

Great service! The service advisor Gonzalo was very accomodating. Gonzalo and the rest of the staff were very courteous & friendly. We don't have an Infiniti dealership where I live (Reno, NV). Driving to Elk Grove dealership for my 30K scheduled maintenance is well-worth it. During some waiting period, I was looking into some brand new showroom models & the sales person Willy Ng was very approachable, accomodating & friendly. I would definitely, seriously consider Elk Grove Infiniti for my future car needs, as my experience with them is very positive.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
My husband and I went in to look for a convertible. I was greeted and helped by a great salesman, since we were just starting out I let him know that Infinity was our first stop in our hunt for the "perfect" date car. We drove, and liked... Before I left I was given in writing the terms of a lease. We went and test drove a few more cars and had our selection down to two. The Infinity and another ...brand. We went back to the Infintiy dealer and drove one more time, ready to sign, but it was late so we told them we'll call you in the morning for the numbers. They came back and the numbers were $100 more than the previous quote, We countered back with what happened to these, we even know the "desk manager" who gave us the number as he admitted it. They escalated to the exec. manager. and suddenly the car was not available or couldn't be found. In other words they couldn't make the deal work and used whatever excuse they could to get out of the written quote. I say stay away from the liars. In this economy the truth works, and you guys will NEVER have my business, and I will post here and facebook and wherever else I can find and warn buyers to watch out for the bait and switch, number fixing and everything else that happened in this transaction. For a "luxury "dealer, you are no better than a questionable used car dealer in a shady neighborhood

I love going to this dealership. Every department that I've had interaction with goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate that they stay in constant communication with me, especially while I'm at the dealership and my car is being serviced. It's almost like a home-away-from-home (without the loud kids and barking dogs). The customer lounge area is so comfortable that time flies while I'm there! I really appreciate the courtesy, care and attention to detail that this dealership gives me. AND, Trevor was very easy to work with. I actually left the dealership more knowledgeable about my FX having worked with Trevor. Thank you!
