We had a great car shopping experience with Sales Guide Graeme Reeves. He was both friendly and very knowledgeable about the product Land Rover. We came into the dealership with little or no knowledge on this vehicle but left with this being a top contender for our next vehicle purchase. It wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He greeted us with courtesy each and every time, even the test drives were a learning experience! But what really sold us was the drive over the rocky obstacle course out front of the Annapolis dealership, this was definitely the icing on the cake. Silly us, we though it was just there for decoration!!!!! Within two weeks of our last visit, we purchased a new Land Rover LR4. Awesome!

I gave the rating I gave because everyone is knowledgeable and always very helpful.I always recommend this dealership to any and everyone I know. I like the staff and the waiting area is great. (better seating would be nice, those chairs are very uncomfortable) I definitely like coming to Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis. I could go to the one in Hunt Valley but I don't. Thank you

It doesn't get any better than working with a sales adviser who owns and fully utilizes the product that they sell. Graeme Reeves is that person. I was looking for a stylish, rugged vehicle that had respectable towing capabilities and I began researching the Evoque. Graeme took my wife and I for a test drive on the dealer's demonstration course and it was an experience that I will never forget! The demo course with Graeme is a must do! He kept me updated during the entire ordering process and upon delivery he gave a thorough and very practical introduction to all of the features in our Evoque. Overall, this has been my best new vehicle purchasing experience.
