Jake Sweeney Chevrolet responded

After calling and talking to customer. Customer stated that he previously worked at a Mercedes Dealer and they had a policy of marking tires prior to rotation. Customer still marks the tires to this day. This is how he knew that his tires were not rotated. Apologized for the error. Explained that our technician may have had a momentary memory loss and did not realize that he had not rotated the tires. Refunding the customer $21.95 for has rotation that was not completed.
