Just recently moved to the area and went in to order new tires for my vehicle. The service advisor I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. When the tires came in and I took my vehicle in to have them put on their shuttle driver gave me a ride home and they called me when the job was finished and the shuttle came and picked me up and took me back to the dealership. Everyone I talked to in the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.. More

Very disappointing I had scheduled a maintenance appointment to address two safety recall notices on my vehicle. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I was told that I had scheduled a maintenance appointment to address two safety recall notices on my vehicle. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I was told that the work would take an hour and a half. Because this is our only vehicle and I do not live in New Prague, I had planned to wait at the dealership until the work was done. When I arrived at 8 a.m. with my vehicle, I was then told that the work would really take three hours, not one and a half. Having been misled once about the time needed for this visit, I accepted a ride home from a courteous and efficient employee, anticipating that the vehicle would still be done by about 11:00. We had scheduled using the vehicle that afternoon for business-related activities. By 1:15, I began calling the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never able to speak an employee in the service department, but rather my repeated calls always defaulted to voice mail. Finally, at about 2:30, I was informed that the vehicle was ready--six and a half hours later, not three as I was told, and surely not the one and a half I was originally told. I requested an immediate pick-up to be taken back to the dealership. I live twenty minutes from the dealership. A bit over an hour later someone finally came for me. By that time of course our planned business activities for the afternoon had been totally disrupted. There are no imaginable circumstances in which we will ever deal with Jeff Belzer Ford again. We will never use the service department. In addition, we had been anticipating purchasing a 2018 or 2019 Ford Explorer after the holidays; Jeff Belzer Ford has lost that sale. More
