Pleasant and Simple Experience I haven't purchased a car in many years and was dreading the experience. I had gone to about every other dealer in town, all makes and models, but th I haven't purchased a car in many years and was dreading the experience. I had gone to about every other dealer in town, all makes and models, but those experiences left me dreading going to the next because the salespeople were either pushy, condescending or they just ignored me. Nissan of Louisville allowed me to look around on my own without a salesperson trailing at my hip. When I was ready to ask questions, they were so inviting and made me truly feel appreciated. My salesperson, Johnathan David, had the patience of a saint with me and was incredibly knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. Trust and Respect......Earned! I had been thinking of a new car for at 1 year, but dreaded the process of the "deal"! They Changed My Opinion of Car Dealers I'll start by saying that I would recommend this dealer to family and friends alike and this is from a guy who has purposely stayed away from car deal I'll start by saying that I would recommend this dealer to family and friends alike and this is from a guy who has purposely stayed away from car dealers....new and used. Here's my story... After my mother was in an accident, that totaled her car, I flew out to Ohio from Colorado to tend to her health concerns, but also to get her mobile again...another vehicle. My time was limited...a week, so I started my normal searches on the internet for single owner, clean Carfax vehicles. While there were adequate amounts to choose from, many didn't meet my criteria... - Mileage below 50K - Newer year model - Either the same make and model as her previous car or very similar. - Price point At about 4 days from my departure, I had narrowed things down to 2-3 acceptable vehicles, if I couldn't find any that fit what I wanted. I took one more look on google maps for dealers close to the area I was in. I found Jeff Wyler in Springfield OH. On their site was the perfect vehicle, that fit ALL my criteria. I called and spoke with a salesperson, who said that car was in Louisville KY, at their dealership there (2.5 hours away...I hadn't noticed this when I initially saw it). She said she would check and call back. I was ecstatic. To make a long story short, she didn't end up making this sale, but the dealer in Louisville did. I called the KY dealership and spoke with Cristain Cano, who was both personable and attentive to my needs. I explained my situation and the concern over the distance and he said "No problem, we will deliver it to you" I couldn't believe what I heard and confirmed he had said that. He said he would check to be sure, but it shouldn't be a problem. He called back and confirmed it would be a door step delivery. Over the next several hours, we exchanged calls, emails and texts messages, to set things up. They delivered the car to the door, we had the chance to look the car over and test drive it. All was as described and promised. We signed papers and handed the delivery driver a cashiers check for the amount and the sale was complete. I have never had such ease with any major purchase much less a car from over 100 miles away. As I said in the beginning, I have purposely stayed away from dealerships due to lack of trust, The Jeff Wyler Nissan - Louisville team changed all that. I seriously would have no hesitation going back to them, if I was in the market for another car....yes even all the way from Colorado. Throughout the entire process, they were communicative, concerned about my time constraints and worked hard to make this a seamless and flawless process. Both Cristian Cano (Purchase Assistant) and Tony Brown (Sales Manager) have my complete gratitude for their hard work and help in this purchase. I made it to the dealership not having an appointment drove right in and they took care of my car. They also found that my brakes were worn so I had them fix them also It's really nice to know that I have someone keeping track of what needs and doesn't need to be taken care of with my car.
