I called up the Service Department at Jim Ellis Hyundai and received immediate Assistance from Danon Henton Service Advisor. Danon told me to bring Viola T right in and he would take care of our problems. Never heard of a Dealership telling you to COME RIGHT IN???? When I arrived at the dealership, I met Danon and he immediately took my information. I was not ignored or kept waiting like some other dealerships that I have been to. I am greatly looking forward to building a strong relationship with Jim Ellis Hyundai because it is right down the street from where I work. Thank YOU Danon for answering the phone when I called. Your friendly easy going attitude and proficient skills really made my day! More

Best Hyundai Service Experience! Jim Ellis Hyundai has by far provided the best experience and work quality. More specifically, Danon Henton went above and beyond to ensure that the frustrating experience of car troubles was not compounded by price haggling or overselling. When we found a cheaper price for one of the repairs, the guys at Jim Ellis Hyundai were willing to match that price. Which saved us the hassle of having to get towed to another shop (Jim Ellis also performed the diagnostics). Awesome job and great people! I will definitely come back (hopefully not too soon). More

I recently moved pretty far away from this dealership and given travel I purchased my most recent Hyundai at a dealership closer to home- never again will I make this mistake!!!! The dealership I went to I'm in all sorts of battles with- they lied on inspections etc. and sure enough I went back to Jim Ellis (which is 1.5 hours away) and felt right at home. They are loyal and recognize me as a valued customer. They recognize everyone as a valued customer whether it's your first or third car! They just simply care!! This is a hard to find trait in the car business sometimes- but go to Jim Ellis and you will be at ease. Hyundais are great and reliable cars and my only regret is that I bought my most recent one at another dealership!! Never again! More

Amazing sales and service reps make you feel like family I originally leased my santa fe from rick case hyundai and had a horrific experience with not only the sales team but mostly the service team. So when I moved close to jim ellis, I have to say they blew it out of the water. They accepted me in like family and I have been going there ever since for everything. Bruce vernon is one of the best service reps you will ever meet. He has gone above and beyond so many times to help me. Like when my car engine randomly blew (probably bc of my bad ATL driving), he fought hyundai corporate when they didn't want to replace it for free. New engine with upgraded turbo cost me nothing on top of them paying for an updgaded suv rental since I was in the middle of a move. So when I bought my car off the lease I went back and met the most awesome car dealer Sam Patel. He took care of me and made sure to get me the best deal; even personally taking my car for the required emissions test up the street since I was in a leg cast. It's all the little things that make this place awesome. Thank you for the amazing service. More
Great Last Minute Saturday Service The day after I purchased my Hyundai Genesis, I hit an infamous Atlanta pothole, which resulted in a blown tire. It was under warranty so I arrived w The day after I purchased my Hyundai Genesis, I hit an infamous Atlanta pothole, which resulted in a blown tire. It was under warranty so I arrived when the service department opened on Saturday morning. Although I did not have an appointment and was very frustrated, Mr. A.G. Elder exercised patience and professionalism and worked me in to have my care serviced. He arranged to have the tire brought in from another location, had the tire mounted and balanced and completed an alignment in a relatively short amount of time. He and the other advisors kept me apprised of the work being done. Mr. Elder is a very knowledgeable and genuine service provider. More

Besides being greeted by every staff member present in the service department that day, any need that I had was met including being taken to Chik-Fil-A by “Eddie” when asked if he wouldn’t mind.
