Kayla was great. My problem is that I made this reservation on line and have gotten multiple reminders including one that morning. When I got there I was told that I My problem is that I made this reservation on line and have gotten multiple reminders including one that morning. When I got there I was told that I didn’t have a reservation. When I showed them the confirmation email I was told that oh that girl doesn’t work here I was supposed to call to schedule. That is ridiculous as I had multiple reminders for my reservation. Obviously I am in the schedule somewhere so that needs to be corrected. Kayla was calm and did her best to get my car finished as fast as they could. More

I had my stolen and recovered Hyundai Elantra towed into service dept. I had a scheduled appointment. After 11 days, and inability to reach service dept by phone 3-4 times daily, leaving over 15 messages ( service dept. I had a scheduled appointment. After 11 days, and inability to reach service dept by phone 3-4 times daily, leaving over 15 messages (all unreturned) I drove 1 hour back to the service desk to find out what had happened. To my surprise, nothing had happened. No inspection, no calls to me. Finally at the desk, I met Rose who was wonderful. She got things done promptly and gave me her own cell number. My car was declared a total loss by my insurance company. I will never buy another Hyundai. More
