Actually I should be thanking you. Dave Patterson found the vehicles I was interested in, send me videos and answered all questions, he is a true professional. If not for the take it or leave it attitudes of Ronnie Adams and Chris Impson I would have bought either of your vehicles with a little negotiation and discount. It's their actions that made me continue to look after having second thoughts about a Lunar Rock Tundra Limited at another dealership because my wife didn't like the color. I continued my search and found an Ice Cap Limited just like yours at Lugoff Toyota and a willingness to negotiate a deal. In the end, I am happy to have been forced to continue to look. As I said, in the end, thank you. I have the same exact vehicle and saved $11,344.15.

I did respond to Josh Waters with the following: Dear Mr. Waters, I thank your dealership for responding to my review. As people who have purchased/leased Lexus vehicles for more than 25 years from the Columbia and Augusta locations, we were looking forward to purchasing a new Tundra Limited from your dealership. The experience of working with Dave Patterson was a pleasure. He promptly answered ever question I had quickly, courteously, and professionally. He should be commended for his efforts. This whole thing went sideways with your management. Ronnie Adams and Chris Impson gave me take it or leave it proposals on vehicles I was interested in. I was told by both this is the best I would get anywhere. Since I had been looking and communicating with 15 dealerships in Georgia and South Carolina in my search for an Ice Cap Limited Hydrid, I had a very good idea of what the vehicle should cost and the value of my trade. For a little consideration and discount and increase in trade value I would have bought there. Your online trade appraiser gave me more than $31000 for my truck, it gave a range between $34-38K. Other dealers were offering $34,500-$36,500 for my trade. If the trade value and some negotiations on a discount and reducing the cost of the dealer installed options was given I would have bought your truck that day because I was having a hard time finding a truck equipped like I wanted in Ice Cap or Wind Chill Pearl. For someone that takes his time to research, evaluates the value of dealer installed options, does price comparisons with multiple dealers, the proposals and comments from your management team were insulting. I was prepared to buy immediately and already knew what was fair. I am however glad your management team did what they did because I found a truck that had been on the lot awhile, was over floor plan and they wanted to sell now. I am happy and saved $11,344.15 over Chris Impsom’s proposal. One thing I can tell you about when I purchase my next Toyota, Jim Hudson Toyota will not be one of the dealers I look to. Sincerely
