My Review of Joseph Airport Toyota:
I wanted to lease a 2010 Tundra, 4.6 V8, with a double cab. I went nationwide with my search. I'm live in Manassas, Virginia. I looked at Miller Toyota, here in Manassas, and several other dealers in the Northern Virginia area, plus a dealer in Lexington, KY. Since I'm leasing, and know what my down payment is, and all the dealers were bidding the same unit (absolutely true in Northern Virginia where the vehicle in question was in Maryland) it came down to monthly payment. James Rader did a great job working with me, and Joseph Airport Toyota beat Miller Toyota by $30 a month.

Brian Smith has assisted my family in car purchases several times now and is always very helpful; he is a pleasure to interact with. He has even been able to help my son find a good used car, (Toyota, of course), that is still running after 4 years. I will be returning in one or two years when I am sure that I will need a quality used Toyota for myself.

My Review of Joseph Airport Toyota:
I found the model I wanted via a internet seach of the dealer inventory and requested information from the internet sales manager. Once he confirmed model was still in stock, I visited the dealership and we concluded the deal within an hour.
The vehicle was ready in two days after options were installed and my wife really enjoys driving it.

My Review of Joseph Airport Toyota:
Excellent customer service. I was not pressured into making a decision right away, which was greatly apprecisted. The color of vehicle was not in stock, but Gordon offered to have the car picked up in the color I wanted with two days. I also had the "Strike Force" paint protection, and that was taken care of before I picked up the vehicle which was nice so I didn't have to make another trip.

We purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Joseph Airport Toyota. Airport got us the exact car (color and style) we wanted from another dealership. We got a great price on the car. The overall buying process went well and I would definitely consider buying another car from Airport in the future.

I recently made a new car lease with Joseph Toyota and was exceptionally pleased with the service I received. Jamie Gibson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different Toyota models that I was looking at. I decided on a Toyota Matrix.
David Newsome was excellent in explaining the different financing options and helped me figure out the best way to put this purchase into my budget. So I am now leasing and I am definitely pleased with the vehicle and my overall experience with the dealership and it's employees.I will highly recommend this dealership and the sales staff!

1st class operation top to bottom. Factual,low pressure,efficient and straight forward business-like environment and at the same time a friendly atmosphere. Very informative with the information neccesary for us to make decisions on pricing, financing, trim levels and options. I would definately do business with these folks again.

My Review of Joseph Airport Toyota:
Our first contact with the Joseph Airport/Vandalia dealership was a very positive experience. Both the Sales Manager and in particular, the Salesman, Charlie Stevens provided the attention, information and experience about the range of Toyota vehicles that would meet our needs; Charlie Stevens was very patient and personable in educating us, who had not been car shopping since 1991 when we purchased our two(2) 1991 Toyota Camrys. Charlie did not try to talk down to us, nor did he try to pressure us. He was reassuring about the details and value of the Corolla which was of particular interest to us. We look forward to work with him in our next visit to Joseph's Airport Toyota when we are ready to replace our second 1991 Camry.

My Review of Joseph Airport Toyota:
Everyone there was very professional and very friendly. They were all very attentive to us. No haggling was needed. The dealership was very clean. We got the exact car we wanted and are extremely pleased with it. We went to Tansky Sawmill Toyota and almost all the salesmen were watching the OSU football game on t.v. and did not approach us to help us. We told one salesman what we wanted and he never gave us a follow up call or anything. He did not seem interested in selling us the car we wanted. A few years ago, I went in there to purchase the new Toyota convertible, and walked out without buying it. We almost didnt buy the Venza this time, but my husband found this dealer through USAA. We drove an hour to get there and were pleased with the whole company.

I like my corolla alot. I wish you guys would have had a camry to purchase. It was my fault that i waited untill like the last days of cash for clunkers. The sales person James Rader did a great job. Brian went thru my paperwork because it has some out of state questions about the title but he was able to make things work . Cudos to Brian. I will purchace again from Airport Toyota.
