I brought one of our car, which is 2001 Saturn SL2, to do alignment after some suspension work I did (this car is my experimental car to practice on some DIY projects and to understand the functioning of a c alignment after some suspension work I did (this car is my experimental car to practice on some DIY projects and to understand the functioning of a car better). I also needed to check the adjustment on rear brakes drums. All the work was done extraordinary well, though the alignment on that particular car is a complicated process (I was in FireStone (NW Hwy & Abrams Rd) and in Cowboy Toyota Dealership before and they couldn't help). This is very good place to take your car, since prices are very good as well as Customer Service. I really appreciate help of my advisor Nick Browne. I was very glad to learn, that advisor Harold Clemons started to work there (I knew him as a very good advisor from another dealership), what is very beneficial to that location of Chevrolet. I always will go there to check my auto DIY projects or for the services, which are more complicated. I can recommend that place for all kind of works done on a car. More

Brand New Van took about a Year to fix 1/2 of the problems. Service Department never finds the problem at the First time, it takes several times to fix it. Bad experience with Jupiter Chevrolet My experience with Jupiter Chevrole has not been good. I took my car in to be serviced on 9-13-17. The check engine light was on,service air bag light My experience with Jupiter Chevrole has not been good. I took my car in to be serviced on 9-13-17. The check engine light was on,service air bag light was on, my car was making a ticking noise by engine. I was told they did a diagnostic and it was the timing chain. I go to pick up my car 9-26-17. Drive off. I barely get out the parking lot. Still hear ticking noise by engine,checK engine light comes back on. Plus when I look under the hood of the car. I could see where a piece may have been fixed,but the broken piece was still under the hood. Car still dirty and not vacuumed out. Even after my waranty company paid over two thousand dollars for the work on my car and I paid a three hundred dollar deductible. Just poor service point blank. I've very appalled and disappointed. More

One week after purchase the car is shifting strangely, a/c not working properly, and the check engine light is on. Ok. No problem, right? After all, I have the warranty. They kept my car for 6 days, did not communicate with me regarding the status of my car (I had to initiate all communication), and returned it I repaired. They stated that since the check engine light had gone off, and the code was in the history, they couldn't fix it. Really? Huffines diagnosed and fixed it in less than 5 hours. Wish I had bought my car from them. More

Mil millas un sonido que sele escuchaba en el tablero bien duro una semana y no se ISO bien el trabajo regresamos y aparte que nos Querian cobrarlo no volvio aserse bien el trabajo a pesar de la tuvieron otra semana , regresamos por tersera ves y no la etregan Susia y me disen que no le ancuentran nada y esta disidimos mejor traeerla en fin si la persona encargada de Los servicios. No esta enterado o no esta informado de lo que se le ase a Los clientes es imperdonable mi factura es la número CTCS260361 con fecha 9/19 /14 Para cualquier respuesta me pongo a SUS ordenes al TEL, 214 207 1477 gracias por su tiempo More
