My Review of Karen Radley Volkswagen:
I started taking my 2006 VW Jetta GLI to this dealership service dept on the recommendation of a friend of mine who also owns a VW. I had some bad experiences at another VW dealership service dept nearby, but Karen Radley VW has always treated me very well. I have had a few mechanical problems with the car that were quickly and completely repaired under warranty without hesitation. I have owned the car for two years and 33,000 miles and will always return to Karen Radley VW for routine as well as repair service.
