I must say that the service at Keffer Jeep ranks among the best, if not at the very top. After making a simple web-inquiry on an inventory model, I was promptly contacted by Krystle Hager. Unlike other sales people, she was not pushy or obnoxious. Any question I asked, Krystle responded to promptly and often exceeded my expectations. She helped me find exactly the 2017 Grand Cherokee I was searching for but I had a long business trip and couldn't close the deal for almost two weeks. I was worried the vehicle I wanted would be sold by the time I got back. Krystle worked with her team to make arrangements for me to hold the vehicle until I could come in and sign the paperwork.
