They were friendly but didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. I told them on the phone it was for a recall, and when I got there they ask what recall it was. On Friday the 13th, at lunchtime, I noticed a leaking windshield wiper fluid reservoir in my Honda CRV. I had purchased my Honda at Boch Honda originally but family members suggested that I get my service done at Kelly. Jeff Kovacek was my Service Consultant on my last visit and made sure that I was happy with the work done and even honored coupons that I had with Boch Honda. I will be looking to trade in my honda soon and if the Sales area offers the same service as the Service Area, I know I will be very happy with that experience as well. More
Very easy to deal with the sales person. Price was about average. Business manager (accepts the payments) was very rude and arrogant. Who needs to listen to that? I suggest to avoid the service department. Unless it is a regular oil change, they absolutely suck. When they are not sure what the problem is, they tell you that your car is fine. This is very frustrating especially when you later find out that there was a problem. They actually have some nice services like free shuttle service, free car wash, and free towing. The car wash quality wasn't that great when I used it. I don't use it anymore. When the person who washed my car brought the keys back to the service desk and put them right in front of his coworker, I had to wait five minutes until this guy at the desk finished reading his magazine and realized that I was waiting for the keys. Conclusion: Just a typical everyday dealership. They want your money bad but when you want good service for your money, find some other place if you can. More
