Please accept our sincerest apologies. The vehicle that you inquired about was sold prior to your contact with our Call Center. We are in the process of switching to a new computer system. When a vehicle is sold, it is automatically removed from our website. That did not happen in this case and it resulted in the sales manager believing that the vehicle was still available. Even with this computer error, there is no excuse for this happening. The Sales Manager should have confirmed availability prior to entering into a price negotiation. This was 100% our mistake and not the way that we do business. Every complaint that we receive is taken very seriously and is personally reviewed by the owner, Brian Kelly. Once again, I am very sorry that this was handled so poorly and I can guarantee that we will learn from this and get better at what we do. Very Sincerely, Mike Warwick Director of Customer Relations

I want to sincerely apologize for what happened when you attempted to leave a deposit on this vehicle. We are in the process of upgrading our computer systems and it has resulted in sold vehicles remaining on our websites after they have been delivered. That is still no excuse for a manager not going outside and physically touching the vehicle prior to authorizing our Call Center to sell the vehicle at the agreed upon price. We pride ourselves on making the car buying process as easy as possible and in this case, we failed to live up to that standard. We are all embarrassed by the way this was handled and we have used this as a "teaching moment" for all of our managers.
