Spoke to Roy about week prior to doing work. He stated what was included in price for maintenance service. On the day of service swore one service was not included with price. The two right tires were leaking air slowly every two weeks had to refill, after the rotation same two tires need air..Which means the rotation was never done..who knows what else they charged me for and didn't do. It was a horrible experience for me at the Kelly Nissan Lynnfield dealership on Friday 9/21/2012. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for my auto service and also doing one service recall. I was the 3 car in t Lynnfield dealership on Friday 9/21/2012. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for my auto service and also doing one service recall. I was the 3 car in the line before the shutters were pulled up 7:30 AM. A lady checked me in with the miles and then I was asked to go an check in at the desk where they assign to the service advisor. I waited for more than 20 minutes without being called for the service advisor. While I was seated I saw other customer (at least 6-7) checking in with the service advisor who were after me. When I inquired with the lady at the desk she told me that there are still 3 more people in front of me. I left the service without even getting my car serviced. They dealership didn't even contact me to check what was the problem. They called to apologize only when I raised a complaint with Nissan consumer. I would never go back to this dealership for any kind of service after such a treatment. More

I had problems with my 08 Nissan altima. I went to Kelly Nissan of lynnfield and Joe Tewksbury was the one who got me in and out without emptying my wallet or keeping me there all day. Since then, this deal Nissan of lynnfield and Joe Tewksbury was the one who got me in and out without emptying my wallet or keeping me there all day.
